3. Property Purchases
All properties are sold “as-is” and all information provided is to the best of our knowledge. Buyers are encouraged to perform their own due diligence, including contacting the county, inspecting the property, and verifying zoning and land use regulations before committing to a purchase.
Purchase agreements, promissory notes, and other transaction documents will be provided electronically via SignNow or by mail upon request. All terms of individual transactions are governed by the signed purchase agreement between the buyer and Gateway Land Investments, LLC.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms, including down payment amounts, monthly payment amounts, interest rates, and payment schedules, are specified in your individual purchase agreement. Gateway Land Investments accepts payments via ACH, credit/debit card, Zelle, and other methods as specified.
Late payments may result in additional notices and fees as outlined in your purchase agreement. There is no pre-payment penalty. Properties paid in full within 12 months of purchase receive the cash price discount.
5. Money-Back Guarantee
When you purchase land from Gateway Land Investments, you are protected by a 30-day money-back guarantee, minus the documentation fee. If you are not satisfied, we will refund your money in full or exchange it for another property in our portfolio. See our Guarantee page for full details.
